Noir®️ Lash Lounge Experienced Lash Artist Job (Burlingame, CA)

Hiring for experienced Lash Artists / Technicians. You can learn the skill of applying eyelash extensions and work at North America’s largest lash lounge, Noir® Lash Lounge. You have an eye for beauty and proportion, are proactive, dynamic and a multi-tasking team player.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A NOIR® STAR:

• Must have a valid license in Esthetics or Cosmetology in CA
• Previous retail experience (makeup artistry experience preferred)
• Steady hands / Good eyesight / Coordination / Endurance
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Passion and motivation
• Ability to focus on minute details continuously and perform the job of applying eyelash extensions for 8 hours while LOVING every minute of it
• MUST be available to work evenings and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
• Full availability for the month of December

NOIR® STAR ACADEMY

• For those with no lashing experience, our in-house training program provides PAID training (at minimum wage)
• A minimum one-year commitment with the provided availability is required following the completion of training

DUTIES:

• Apply BOMB lashes
• Customer service that is ✨ above and beyond ✨
• Being a team player and maintaining our lounge to abide by strict COVID protocols: cleaning, sweeping, inventory etc…
• Never letting your lash addicts down

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks AND face shields must be worn. We are well-stocked with sanitizer, bleach, wipes to maintain a clean environment. Shifts and breaks are strategically scheduled to limit capacity in-lounge.
