Wispy hybrid tutorial process:
✨ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: tape the under eyes using under eye pads and eyelash tape
✨ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 2: prime the lashes
✨ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 3: place an even amount of spikes (wisps) on the lashes
✨ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 4: add in classic eyelash extensions
✨ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 5: add in the eyelash fans
